POLICIES

BOOKINGS

No design will be booked in or started before payment is made. Once a spot has been given to you, you have 24 hours to complete the payment before it’s handed to someone else.

If you've been assigned a completion date at the time of your booking and run over your assigned spot (because you've failed to provide the materials we need to work on your project), you will be asked to pay a late fee or pay the full price again (depending on the service) for a new booking.

By booking in with us, you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions. It is the client's responsibility to read our policies before booking in with us.

 

Please allow 24 hours for replies.

All bookings are non-refundable.

REVISITS AND CHANGES

2 rounds of revisions are included free of charge.

Additional changes will be subject to additional charges.

EXTRA FEES

Douceur Designs will not cover and is not responsible for any extra fees involved with your designs (such as Wix, GoDaddy, or any other hosting platforms).

PRIORITY SERVICE

Priority service is available at an additional charge.

IMAGE RIGHTS AND USAGE

All images taken by Douceur Photography during the session are property of Douceur Photography. Douceur Photography retains the right to use images for promotional and marketing purposes, unless a written request is made to opt out of this. For exclusive rights to images, a separate license agreement can be arranged.

EDITING AND DELIVERY

Edited content will be delivered within 10 business days of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.


Rush delivery is available for an additional fee of £50, with delivery within 3 business days.
All final images will be delivered via a secure online gallery where clients can download and share their photos.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

For all subscription-based services (such as social media, content creation and website management) we do require a notice period if you wish to cancel your subscriptions. The notice period depends on the type of subscription you're paying for (if it's a weekly subscription, we require a 1-week notice period, if it's a monthly subscription, we require a 1-month notice period).
